Informal Monument by a-m-a was a celebration of the informal construction that characterizes the built landscape of Tbilisi.

Informal Monument by a-m-a was materialized through the combination of unused, demolish, structural elements founded in a Warehouse in the suburbs of Tbilisi. Combined together, these forgotten objects formed a continuous 150m Long and 10m Height portico crossing the Omar Khizanishvili Avenue and Courtyard Building in Gldani, Tbilisi.

Informal Monument by a-m-a had no concerns with visual aspects, the materials were randomly combined. The connection details were solved on site using welding-joints and steel wires – technics mastered by the local construction team.
